Flowers and Masks
The Flowers and Masks collection explores the ideas of impermanance, love, and identity. The process begins by making random lines on a plastic sheet with watercolor markers, wetting these lines with a spray bottle, then slapping this against paper. After this, I place pen and ink lines on the shapes I see. I then take time to use watercolor to fill in these newly created shapes.
